HHS Procedures for Entering the Building

We are committed to providing a safe and secure facility during our school day. Here are some procedures to be aware of:

  • Any visitors to the high school during the school day must check in through Door 22 which is our main student entrance on the lower east side of the school. You will be asked for your ID and purpose for being here

  • Items delivered to students can be dropped off at our greeter's station inside that same door (22)

  • There will be no propping of outside doors. This includes students messaging each other to wait by a particular door to let someone in. Students who need to re-enter the building will also need to use door 22 unless they are with a teacher who has access to the building

  • Students who have been called out for an appointment during the day will receive a blue pass from the greeter's station before leaving. If they are returning to school, they will need to reenter through that same door (22)

Thanks for helping us keep students, staff, and visitors safe here at HHS.
