HHS Newsletter : November 4th

Mr. Doran

Dear HHS Parents,
Guardians and Students,

As November settles in, Minnesota’s familiar shift toward winter begins — crisp mornings, earlier sunsets, and that unmistakable chill in the air reminding us that snow isn’t far behind. With the changing weather, we’re also turning our attention to preparations for the season ahead, both in and out of the classroom. This month’s newsletter includes important information about our weather-related cancellations and procedures, so please take a moment to review those details to stay informed and ready when conditions turn.

Along with updates on school events and programs, we’re highlighting community connections and resources that help keep our students engaged, supported, and warm during these colder months.

As always, thank you for your continued partnership and flexibility.

Warmly,
Scott Doran

For students who drive to school, remember to start planning ahead for the chilly temps! Start those cars early and give yourself plenty of time to make it to school safely when the snow falls.

Dear Hastings High School Families and Community,
I hope this email finds you well! Our dedicated yearbook team has been working hard to create a beautiful, full-color book filled with photos, stories, and highlights that reflect the spirit and accomplishments of our students. Whether it’s your child’s first year at the high school or their last, the yearbook is a keepsake that will be treasured for years to come.

We want to make sure every student has the opportunity to own one before prices increase.
Order your yearbook by November 21st to get the early-bird price of $75.
On November 22nd, the price will increase to $85.

Purchasing your yearbook is easy! You can order online at www.hastingsyearbook.com.
Don’t wait — quantities are limited, and we don’t want anyone to miss out!

Thank you for your continued support of our school and students. We can’t wait to share this year’s memories with you!
