As we head into this season of gratitude, we’re reminded of just how thankful we are for our incredible school community. Every day, we see students supporting one another, families partnering with us, and staff doing everything they can to create a welcoming, joyful place for children to learn and grow. Your encouragement, involvement, and trust make an enormous difference, and we’re truly grateful for the role each family plays in helping our school feel like a second home.
We’re also thankful for the kindness, curiosity, and hard work our students bring with them each day. Their energy and enthusiasm shape the heartbeat of our community. Together, with families, staff, and students, we've built a place where children feel connected, valued, and excited to learn. Thank you for all the ways you support this shared mission. We hope this season brings your family moments of rest, joy, and appreciation for all we’ve accomplished together.
I’d also like to take this opportunity to recognize Amanda Pasicznyk, one of our paraprofessionals, for all of her hard work and dedication to our students over the past five years. Her caring nature, willingness to help all students and staff, and positive attitude will be greatly missed. Good luck Ms. Amanda, we know you will make an amazing school counselor!
Have a wonderful long weekend and read, read, read!
Sincerely,
Mr. Bakker
